Rob called right away after another of masonry contractor failed to call back to schedule. They were out the next day and not only repaired the chimney, he showed us the results of the work previously done. Wood shims had been used inside the chimney to level a section of the liner and were actually charred. We could have lost our entire house if Rob hadn't done the necessary repairs promptly and properly. Mr. Kale was a real professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.
