Rob called while we were waiting for another of masonry expert to call back about scheduling. When the first company failed to call us we called Rob. He was out the next day (Friday) and not only repaired the chimney, he showed us the results of the work previously done. Wood shims had been used inside the chimney to level a section of the liner and were actually charred. We could have lost our entire house if Rob hadn't done the necessary repairs promptly and properly. Mr. Kale was a real professional; I'd recommend him to anyone.

Robert was very accomodating about scheduling a day to do the work. He and his helper came out right on time and completed the work in less than 8 hours and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing masonry work and would use him again if a job needed it.

He was very considerate of time, calling and rescheduling when he was unable to make it here on the first scheduling due to a great amount of snow we received in this area at the time. He was very polite, courteous and efficient , repairing the problem. He even left his business card with me in case I had any problems and said not to hesitate calling him.

RK Masonry restored our chimney to its original look and condition in just one day.  They were professional in their work habits and friendly to do business with.  There was no mess or cleanup - they handled it all.  I would recommend RK to anyone needing masonry work.

He was absolutely fantastic. The quality of his work was excellent, and he was a very honest person.  I would and have told all of my friends to use him if the need arises.  I would not hesitate to contact him again.  I'm sorry I took so long to send this in, but personal reasons were quite pressing.
